Hi all!

I have few question about the temporary work permit: - There is an interview ifyou apply for work permit ?
-whats better apply in your home country or apply in canada?
- what can you show to satisfy them that you will come back once the permit ends?
I lived 6 years in the US now i (and my wife and 2 littli daughters) am back in Hungary and definitely would like to move to Canada. It seems that the temporary work permt the fastest way to do that,my only fear is that they will say " you were 6 years there dont tell us you will come back after 2 years"

Did you overstay your visa in America? If so that may negatively impact you.

Do you have a job offer from Canada (and a LMO depending on your profression?). THere are a lot of factors to consider to answer your question, you would need to provide more details.
