Are you on a closed work permit in Canada? Have you worked for this employer in Canada for at least one full year?

You'll only qualify for the 50 points as LMIA exempt if you are on a closed work permit with that employer have have worked in Canada for that employer for at least one full year.

Can some one please suggest a point of contact.
Another questions - Does this GCMS notes has extended their 35 days timeline to 90 days ?

Above statement I received in the refusal letter. What can I conclude from here.
I have completed my PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 2019 following which I got the PDF offer/

As part of of My PhD programme whatever I have studied and the course/skills/research I have completed during this tenure is self sufficient to commence any PDF work globally. While submitting Online application, there was no such requirement/query to justify above fitment. So I was clueless.
