I had sent a CSE both to Delhi and Banglore Visa offices. Got a reply from Banglore office that my application is being processed in Delhi.
But no updates from Delhi office.

Does august 28th rules changed??
I applied on 2nd week.I come to know rules does change for advertising..
Then reapplied on sep2nd week..

Lmia 12 days,
Pcc medicals submitted couple of weeks back,
Cook, consultant from cad.
