Work Permit with Family Class Sponsorship

Hi,

I heard that after the inital 6 months from submitting the family class sponsorship that you can get an open work permit. However I was told you need to submit the work permit with the documents for the sponsorship. Which document do you submit with the sponsorship paperwork? There are several related to work permits and I dont know which one to fill out.

This is for in-Canada Family Class Sponsorship.

Hey Meghan,

You need to fill out an Open Work permit application, then "normal one", and just add an explanation that you would like the request to be processed at the same time as having the PR process. Add it to your application.

Its is IMM5710 Application to change conditions....or remain in canada as a worker.
