Work Permit VISA applied at New Delhi still pending after Final Medical Test

Hi Seniors,

I am working for a multinational at Delhi and my company has applied for work permit under ICT on 12th April but till now i haven't received the VISA.
VISA was applied for me , my wife and a kid but after 2months i recieved a letter from consulate asking the TB test results ( which was performed in April and was expected in May 2nd week.), the results we sent to consulate on 21st May 2013 but till now i haven't heard any thing from Consulate.

I would like to know how much time exactly it takes to issue the visa from the date of submission of the Final medical results. This 12th July will be 3months and i am really worried , how much time it would take....
I am aware of the delays of the VISA issual from CHC.
Please suggest if any one has recieved the VISA in last 2weeks timeframe or how much time it takes to get VISA after Final Medical Test, i was informed that it can take a day or it will take 1-2weeks time frame.
Seniors suggestion / information is highly appreciable.

Hi All,

I received a letter from CHC stating my Work permit is approved. But till now i haven't received any letter for my Wife and Kid. Do we get seperate letter for them as well?

Any Clue?

Hi DKD,

If your spouse applied for OWP, then she will get a separate approval email. However, in case u applied for temporary resident visa for ur kid no email will be sent separately. Pls update once ur spouse gets the visa.
