Work Permit....Urgent

I applied on 31st May 2018 for work permit and yesterday got this mail, does this mean Visa approval or refusal?

''Dear Applicant,
This is in response to your email enquiry.
Your application has been finalized. You will be contacted by the Visa Application Center soon for further details.

We trust that this information will be of assistance''

To be honest this is not a confirmation yet as to what might be the result for your application. But If you have the tracking # you can check and track it to the website where you submitted your application. But with this response you received it seems like few more days your passport or results will now be available.
