Work permit timeline after got refugee claim id

Hi, i was told by the immigration officer that you will get your work permit in 10-15 days when he handover the refugee claim id.,
Any past experience when will I get my wp and do they send any email please help me in this?

you will get an email of WP approval and then after that, it will mail to you.

Zak its almost 2 weeks when I got my refugee claim id and other forms but still no email from them.

Zak i have a question did u receive e post after 14 working days or just 14 days including holidays
