It’s 4 weeks approx . I applied on 24 oct and recd visa approval on 24 nov.

Yes I did.
Check this link for the processing times.We have submitted the application through the consultant on 16 July still not received any update from cic.
When will we get medical request n biometric.
Any idea it's helpful to me.

They are currently processing 16 July applications as it is mentioned.
Note: Select 'Work permit extension' as option to see the processing timings for TFWP

Thank for your answer its very helpful to me.
but its still showing 116 days almost 3 month .
We have already completed 4 and half month, Now another 3 month we will waiting for medical and bio metric because this time is without include bio metric.
Its too long time to received visa .
Our consultant said that we have on last stage . CIC check our background .
Does any chances to reduce this timeline? .

To reduce time, you can have your Medical test done if you have not. You have mentioned it earlier that you have to do your medical test. If possible do that and it is valid for a year.
Also, did you have your medicals uploaded upfront in the application? The 2 weeks processing time didn't work for you?Welcome. Ontario..
