of its commitment to hire the named applicant upon arrival in Canada should he/she be issued a
PR visa.
So my read is that you have to have a valid offer to land, but that you could submit a new offer to the VO.if the applicant or their spouse or common-law partner completes further study, works in Canada,
arranges employment in Canada, or gains relatives in Canada between application and
assessment, and submits the necessary documentation, points must be awarded accordingly.
