Work Permit Support Letter

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me on this...

I got nominated for BCPNP on October 6, 2015. On October 16, 2015 I sent my PR application via Purolator to CIC (I'm not eligible for express entry). My current work permit expires on February 7, 2016, so I emailed PNP and asked for a Work Permit Support Letter. They got back to me saying that they want proof that I have applied for PR within the 6 month period of my nomination. All I have is the Purolator slip and their tracking record that my application got delivered to CIC. According to CIC it takes about 16 weeks for an AOR to be sent out. If PNP doesn't accept the purolator slip and their tracking record and they can't give me a Work Permit Support Letter, what can I do????? My work permit will have expired by the time I get an AOR and without the Work Permit Support Letter I can't apply for an extension.... HELP!!!!

I have similar problem

I was nominated in October 2014. I apply on PR on December 2014. My visa was expired on October 2015 (my nomination was expiry on March 2015). I sent my application for open work permit on May 2015. On September CIC in Vegreville sent me information that they need my nomination if it is still valid or a proof that I have applied for PR when my nomination was valid. Beacuse my nomination was expired I sent e-mail to AINAP (I am from Alberta) with this letter from CIC Vegreville and they given me a Letter of Support the same day.
I have my AOR on April 2015 (after 5 month!) but I think this is not reason to give you Open Work Permit.
You must give them a copy of your nomination (if you have got your nomination on October 2015 - this is still valid). If nomination was expired they need Support of Letter from goverment BC. If you apply on Open Work Permit - you have a check list - there is information what they need if you apply to Open Work Permit.
