Work Permit Support Letter, BC PNP

After BC PNP Nomination , does the nominated person receive email for Work permit support letter? If he is currently on Visitor status . Or would he have to apply for a work permit separately?

You will get a support letter together with BC PNP nomination (saying from experience).
