Normally 1 month before or maximum 3 months earlier. I sent an email in February 2025 and they confirmed me this. If you'll send earlier they might withraw/cancel your application.

I submitted my application few days before and they sent me 6 months extension (6 months or till they take decision) in just very next day

wow when did u apply for PR, Does that mean they will take the decision within 6 months?
