Work permit rejected- technical error

Hi,

So I graduated on 17 Aug, 2018. Applied for work permit on 15 sept.
I was asked for additional documents ( transcript) on 24 Nov ( after 90 days ).

Uploaded the document before due date but there was no submit button, so I assumed that additional documents just needs to be uploaded.

Got rejected due to not submitting all the documents.

Reported a technical issue or error with all the necessary documents including transcript. But still the result was no different.

What am I supposed to do?

All 2 years of study getting a good GPA . All went in vain.

Please help.

Thank you for the reply.. Around how much are we looking around in terms of expenses and will this increase my restoration status period. Because right now the restoration status will soon be done so don't know what to do..
