Work permit rejected by CIC mistake

My Work permit rejected by CIC mistake [/b]
I have requested reconsideration based on their error and I will wait 30 days for them to respond to that before deciding on next steps or if Federal Court is warranted or required.

I will also apply restoration application by the end of next week requesting worker status be restored.

I have 2 question

1-how long reconsideration take?
2-how long restoration take?

What do you actually mean rejected by mistake ? What mistake do you think CIC made ?

They did not find entry stamp on my passport ( it was on an other page, front of USA visa)
