What do they mean by application not available
I don't know what's going on with my application too, it's been more than two months and i didn't hear anything
Maybe it means they haven't put it in the system yet. Only after they begin to process the application, it will be avaible in the system.You scared me

I strongly suggest you to send a webform, ask them to check up your application status.
Let us know when you get any update, because u r the earliest one who applied among usI am also in same situation. I applied on 2nd jan. Till now I haven’t heard anything about my application.

I’m in an almost similar situation. Was the restoration granted?I'm in same situation, too.
I reapplied for PGWP and restoration by paper based application.
I mailed the application at 31th Jan, and haven't get any updates.
IRCC Website has updated the processing time. The lastest processing time for work permit has changed from 139days to 89 days.Let us know when you get any update, because u r the earliest one who applied among us
