Work permit refused

Applied work permit extension on July 2015 and employer provided Offer of Employment and paid 235 compliance fee.
Now I received refusal on my work permit that need to be provide LMIA and restore my status within 90 days.

Now asked to David Cohen firm to take my visa on their shoulder, can not deal with this paper issues anymore.
Another side still working to get BC PNP.

Did you have an approved LMIA? If not, you were correctly refused.

Hopefully you stopped working as soon as you were refused.

I informed my employer already and he gives me few month to take off.
Now need to get with lawyer and fix it.

Has your employer obtained an approved LMIA? If so, you can try restoring your status back to a work permit. Otherwise your only option is to restore your status to a visitor.

my employer not received approved lmia and I stopped working since yesterday. I talked with him to help me to get this paper and promised going to help. I can see, if I am getting lmia on time or not. If not I can restore visitor visa for me and for my family then wait it.
