Work permit refusal

Hi
I am sinp holder.
I applied for my work permit extension.
It got refused because my employer didn't pay the$230 and submit the imm5802 form online.
I got my pr file number.
Cic gave me 90 days to apply for immigration document but my employer is not paying $230 and submitting the form online to cic
Is there any another way to get wp.

what is your status now? did u apply for bowp? as far as i know if you applied bowp using nomination cert and aor. no need to pay employers compliance fee.
im also doing some research about this.

I applied for closed work permit. It got rejected stating that my employer didn't pay the fees of $230 and submitted the form imm 5802.
They ask me to apply resortation.and immigration document.
I asked my employer they told me they are not going to pay anything.

Probably It's not the right way but could be the easy way, perhaps you could offer to your employer to paythe fees $230?

If that's works a new close WP application should be filled out.

I don't know if only the employer can do it or if you can do it yourself.

If you can apply yourself with employer LMIA information, letter and forms probably will be the best idea, because you can control the application.

Restoration Period is not too long, so better do it ASAP.

just in case I recommended to apply for Visitor status as well, just in case something happens again with WP application.

As far you are SINP, did you submitted to CIC a PR aplicattion? If so perhaps you can apply for a BOWP.

OP's SINP is tied to a job offer, hence he is not eligible for BOWP

Please E-mail the CIC and follow that up with a call. Explain your situation and tell them you are willing to pay if you can. It is ur right. Sadly, some employers may not know the impact of that on their employees.

When did you apply for you BOWP and when did it get refused?
What kind of WP are you on now and when did it or does it expire?

yes i agree with gregor.samsa. talk to your employer that you'll pay the fee. just try and try.
explain to your employer the process. lay your plans if you have. just compromise!
you cant do it alone. you need your employer to get to the employers portal.
you can sit beside him while doin it.
hope you can get his sweet YES!!!

Same situation i am in right now i did not applie for any thing now but what happend after that did you get you PR
