I realized my post might be better suited in this sub-forum and I can't tell how to move it. Trying to look at this from a slightly different angle (based on the answers I provided in the linked post).

With an LMIA-exemption, what document should I provide for the following?

Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) from ESDC or Proof of Submission (required)

Considering I already provided an Employer Questionnaire and Declaration (required) (the help text for this specifies it covers LMIA-exemption, which makes the above even more confusing).
