If the employer obtains a positive LMO, it will go a long way to satisfy the officer about reason #1. I don't know the chances of approval, but you have to try to find out, right?

As long as the visa is cancelled in the system, you can't travel with it regardless. Yes, you can make another application but be sure you have all documents this time.

Reason #2, is more problematic because it appears the officer believes you decided to not disclose this representative. What reason could you possibly have for not revealing this information?

Because it is against the law in most provinces to pay a recruiter for a job.

How come the VO knew that he paid agency fee, etc? In the first place, he got his visa but suddenly they refused it in those circumstances. Let say his situations is not true (I mean there's no agency & money involved), how he'll overcome those refusal if he wants to reapply again?

what if i will write cover letter about my visa refusal . and i ll submitted all email and other suporting information between employer and me hiring directly.i belive this employer.employer telling me. if the employer did not follow federal laws then the lmo would never have been approved.is not it ?i knoe still employer getting positive lmo .hopemine also come positive

Including correspondence between yourself and the employer will strengthen your case. Good Luck.

Could someone pls let me know if you have reapplied after being refused a work permit and succeded the second time??

I just got back my results from the Embassy and they denied my work permit because the officer said he was not satisfied about my previous experience as a caregiver. However, i want to reapply right away, because i worked as a live in caregiver for 6 months and then i worked as an english teacher for more than a year with kids between 6 and 12 years old. Now i am also working as a caregiver since last October, but this time i plan to send letters from my employers to prove it. Should i send a cover letter explaining my situation?? What do you think are the chances of getting a visa if you already been refused one before??

I know a guy who got visa in 3rd time for FCA position. Try to gather more supportive documents. After that, reapply. Don't reapply without evidence, explanation letter and supportive documents that strength your application.

Best of luck.

Really?? that gives me so much hope right now!!
My mistake was to consider that my experience of more than a year as a teacher was enough, so I only asked for an employment letter from the school I worked for, and it only stated that I worked there but it didnt focus on my duties as a teacher for children. This time I will include another letter from my immediate superior giving details on my performance as a teacher and (bragging a little bit) how good I am around kids. I will also attatch letters from my past and present employers as a nanny... and an explanation letter saying that it was my mistake for not asking for recommendation letters from ALL my employers. I hope that is enough this time.

If you have pictures with those kids, don't forget to add those with your application package.

Good day Guys,

I had applied for a work permit/ visa in Abu Dhabi UAE, all my documents we're complete, but the officer's decision disappoints me,because of my 9 months gap of unemployment before current job, actually, I had a work on that 9 months but i didn't declare or include it on my application because i don't have Certificate of employment, my LMO is still active but near to expire on July 6, 2012, i decided to go back to Phils and reapply there, can I still reapply even if my LMO will soon to expire? i hope i can get any answers that could help me for my reapplication.. Thank you so much..

June

Good day to you. :-) I have read that your 1st application submitted in Abu Dhabi got rejected because of the 9 months work history gap (according to you you intentionally did not include it in the application form as you do not have the oec at that time) i just need your opinion,as I have submitted my application with complete supporting documents just recently and realized that i had wrongly typed the work history date. meaning in the application it appears that i had 7 mos gap from my previous work to my current job which in fact i worked continuously. However in the documents i submitted includes all my COE that shows my continuous work history. do you think my typo error will be taken against me? or they will base their judgment on the supporting documents?

Thank you. :-)

XYZ My instinct would be to send an explanatory email/ followed by letter including amended form and identify proof of correct dates. What do others say?
