Work Permit reapplication,

Good day Guys,

I had applied for a work permit/ visa in Abu Dhabi UAE, all my documents we're complete, but the officer's decision disappoints me,because of my 9 months gap of unemployment before current job, actually, I had a work on that 9 months but i didn't declare or include it on my application because i don't have Certificate of employment, my LMO is still active but near to expire on July 6, 2012, i decided to go back to Phils and reapply there, can I still reapply even if my LMO will soon to expire? i hope i can get any answers that could help me for my reapplication.. Only if you apply before the 6th of July. How are you going to explain the refusal in UAE?

Thanks for the reply, I had a print out email from the embassy which stated there the refusal for my work permit, and the officer also stated there that he's not convinced with me docs that i will depart canada after my contract, so i decided to go back to phils since my contract here was alreaady fimnished last week, and i also have COE, that can support the 9months gap, which is already ready as well,.. i thought it will be a problem if the lmo is active for 1 month only,,,

There is the issue of misrepresentation - how will you explain the initial omission of the 9 month experience?

I do have a work on that 9 months, but i didnt include coz i dont have COE, is it ok if i will reapply and submit that COE with new application? since my LMO is still active?
coz thats the only reason of my refusal..

If you do nothing, you will get nothing. Definitely write a solid cover letter to explain why you didn't account for the 9 months and what you did to get the COE that you supply with this application. Make sure there are no questions in the mind of the VO about this period of time. Back to the keyboard....Good Luck.

I got visa on March and it got canceled same month showing following two reasons
1) I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT D EMPLOYER HAS DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE W/ FEDERAL OR PROVINCIAL LAWS REGARDING EMPLOYMENT OR RECRUITMENT IN D PROVINCE HERE U WILL B WORKING
2) D INFORMATION U PROVIDED @ UR INTERVIEW DID NOT ALLAY MY CONCERNS THAT U HAVE CONCEALLED AN UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE & THAT U PAID ILLEGAL PLACEMENT FEES TO THIS REPRESENTATIVE.
I understand that I hd link with UAE based agency and I paid placement fees, because agency find me employer in Canada. UAE agency ve another agency in Canada who find me employer .but I never keep in touch between employer and me. As well this Canada agency. Now I saw same employer posting job vacancy in job bank and I forward my cv to this employer mail. Employer surprise and sucked to see my resume and contact me what happen how visa cancelled .and now employer showing interest to me hiring again through direct hire not through agency employer wants to apply LMO for me and sending to me directly now my question is
if I apply work permit with same employer in abudhabi visa office what is the chances to approve work permit ?
But abudhabi VO told me if I apply genuine ill get 1st priority to approve visa
and one more question my visa was already cancelled in system in Canadian border and embassy but in my passport still not cancel .and embassy also not requesting for cancelled what can I do/ I still can apply another application for work permit ?

If the employer obtains a positive LMO, it will go a long way to satisfy the officer about reason #1. I don't know the chances of approval, but you have to try to find out, right?

As long as the visa is cancelled in the system, you can't travel with it regardless. Yes, you can make another application but be sure you have all documents this time.

Reason #2, is more problematic because it appears the officer believes you decided to not disclose this representative. What reason could you possibly have for not revealing this information?
