Hi.Please give your opinion or advice. If your work permit ran out and you don't have a LMO,(im on visitor visa). What do you think will happen at PPR decision.I'm done with my medicals in Feb 2012 and they requested nothing except PCC.Is it good buy for me or will they allow PPR.I have a letter for permanent job offer. Please this is killing me! I have relatives in Canada and even if you take the 10 points for permanent job offer from my score , i still have 67 points.
Plus,if they cancel my job offer will they ask me the $1000 000000 landing fund?
My file was transferred to Ottawa after Buffalo closed.M1 2010 file

The PPR will come in its own sweet time with the visa office closed and files being transfered. You can not do much about it. If your job offer is not available the VO can ask for POF.

If you have a permanent job offer, what's stopping your employer from applying for a LMO?

Hi,

Ur info is limited here to opine anything concretely. In any case ur TRV would be immaterial towards ur PR processing vide an 'already launched' & eligible application. However, if u r intending to 'apply now' as a FSW-2 case [with AEO] u r required to have a positive LMO. Just an 'offer letter' remains incognito.
