Work permit questions

Hello to averyone I have a concern about work permit.
Right now I'm working in Canada and my employer submited an application for LMIA a while ago but I only have 1 month left on my current work permit.

In case that I don't get the answer before my current visa end what option do I have ?
Is better to wait here in Canada for the answer or to leave the country and apply for the work permit with the LMIA (in case I get a positive response) from where I'm from?

You should return to your country and apply for work permit again,when your employer gets positive LMIA. If your employer would have already gotten LMIA and if you would have applied for WP then,you could stay in implied status but it's LMIA so,best thing to do is just return to your home country when your WP expires.
