Work Permit Query

Hi,

I got admission in Master industrial CS program.
I would like to ask about the Post-Graduation Work Permit:

The normal expectation is to complete the program in 3 to 4 terms (12 to 16 months).

Term 1
2 courses + Seminar

Term 2
3 courses

Term 3
3 courses

Term 4 Capstone project course

Also we can option for co-op too.

Guys, I am very confused related to work permit. Will I get 3 years work permit or 16 months work permit?

I will be grateful if someone can help me.

*you are not eligible for this program
less than two years but more than eight months
*you may get a work permit for a period no longer than the length of your program of study (for example, if you studied for nine months, a work permit may be issued for a period of nine months)
two years or more
*a work permit may be issued for three years

Its mean you will get 16 month pgwp !

What if I opt for co-op because as per the site "Students enrolled in co-op will have additional terms added to their degree equal to the time spent on the co-op work terms."( which I believe will increase the terms) will it give me 3 years pgwp?
