Work Permit Query/Confused

Greetings Everyone,

While applying for the work permit after graduation, I was filling my IMM5701 in that there is a field in which they ask about the education under the Education column.

I have done two courses after coming here. One year course from the St Lawrence College and the other from the Cégep de la Gaspésie and des Îles.

I have these two doubts.

1) What should I fill in the education column as there is only one field and not more than 1?
2) How many years of the work permit would I get?

I am really confused and stuck and could definitely use some guidance and help from the people who have already been into this situation.

If you have more I think you have to print a new page and fill the part you need.
They will give you permission up to 3 years and equaling the number of years you have studied.
