Talk to your employer directly and ask them to follow up. Nothing you can do. Did you include job references, ECA, IELTS scores and funds to settle? Have you completed biometrics and medical

Yes I have completed everything and Abu Dhabi embassy send me final submission confirmation letter with work permit application . And then my employer fill this file and I send to embassy. Embassy received the file on 13th June 2022

So your employer filed for and received a LMIA for the position. Then you applied for a closed work permit. Your eligibility, background, medical and biometrics are all completed? There is nothing much you can do. Have you paid money? How are you corresponding with Abu Dhabi embassy…through your GCKey account? If through email then what is the email?

LMIA(Closed work permit) and GTS
I did upfront medical.
Submitted - 30th March
Biometric- 4th April
Medical reflected - 12th April
PPR Received - 19th April
Visa Stamped - 24th April (Bangalore)

For Spouse

Eligibility check started on the 19th April(when my application was approved)
PPR on the 24th April
Visa Stamped - 1st May

Note : BG verification is the same date I did my biometric.

It's processed outside of Canada, so it was quicker.

Hi, can you please explain about GTS? My employer is willing to help me with the LMIA exempt work permit but they are not sure if they are eligible for the GTS program. My employer is an accounting firm and the job offered to us accountant which falls under Teer 1. As per the GTS 2 weeks processing work permit eligibility I have TEer 1 job as an accountant, will get LMIA exempt letter fro employer but but sure if employer falls under the program. My understanding is that it’s only for specific tech jobs

How is job LMIA exempt? Has government approved it? Don’t see accountant on the list.

I applied through RNIP program . My PR is in process and as per RNIP program I can apply for closed work permit or Lmia exempt work permit while I wait for the PR to be processed.

So it’s actually not GTS but RNIP
