You can contact a panel physician directly to get your medical exam if you apply under one of the following categories:
Workers
Students
Visitors (including Parent and Grandparent Super Visa)
Once your medical exam has been completed, the doctor will give you a document confirming that you underwent a medical exam. You must include a copy of that document with your application.
If the doctor works with the eMedical electronic system:
they will give you an up-front medical notification printout.
If the doctor works with a paper system:
they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.
You must attach that form to your application before you submit it the visa office. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application.

I am new to this forum. Seems like Workpermits are getting processed for long waits congrats on that. But i have a very basic question on Work permit and hope you experts can help me out to join in your team.
1) Wat is the basic need to apply a work permit?
2) Do i need an employment offer and positive LMO from employer?
My situation is little complex, I am working as Senior functional consultant in a company where we are implementing ERP. We have a client in canada and i need to go there for a project for an year. Not sure wat kind of visa should i process. Is workpermit the correct way??

Intra company transfer visa

The problem is we dont have any our related company in canada to do an intra company transfer. We have our parent company only in US not in canada. Thats what makes this a very tricky question.
Can we still apply for ICT??? Please suggest me..
