Work permit nearly expires

my work permit will expires on July 4, 2019. TRV expires Oct 2019. PR and OWP application on process.

I need to go to Philippines to attend some serious matter. Be back June 30th.

Will there be a problem in re-entering Canada with my case? Considering that my work permit will expire days before I come back?
