Work Permit - Medical Expired - Please Help.

Hi,

My Medical was expired in MAR 2020.

At this moment, I am a protected person and have applied for PR. I want to renew my Work Permit.

Please tell me:
Is it mandatory to submit a Medical for the work permit?
Do I have to do medical again?

Any help is appreciated.

medical has nothing to do with work permit renewal you can renew it without medical

You can still renew it with the expired one.

You won't need it. Even on the portal it will not be asked.

It will ask on the portal. But they can still upload the old one.

I work at an immigration office and just submitted 21 OWP extension applications with code 28.
The portal DOES NOT ask for a medical for protected persons.
