WORK PERMIT - INTRA COMPANY VISA

Hello Friends

I had applied for Intra Company Visa of Canada and my file was received by New Delhi - Visa Office.

My application was received by Visa office 5th January 2014 & than after 10 days they demand me for all the Passports my self, my spouse & kid. I forward the same but yet not any reply from them and i unable to track my application online as well.. My application directly forwarded to Visa office by my Canadian Lawyer no VFS involved..

So how can i check my application status & how long it would take to get us decision ?

When could I get a appointment for Medical ?

I really appreciate if anybody can reply to the concern

my timelines for ict are
application reached chc delhi on 19 Apr 2014 - upfront medicals - upfront passport

also spouse workpermit included

received passport stamped on 06 may 2014

UM.. Glad to heard that your process is done very quickly.. Did you applied on base of LMO?

For my application am still waiting for there reply... Nothing as of now.. No medical yet..

Actually this is for doing business from Canada to other countries not for Job..

Pls explain.. Its almost 4 months but no reply from CIC... not even medical..

You have to contact your Representative who lodge the application on your behalf - which in your case the lawyers.
You might want to reach out to your lawyers and ask them to make a follow up.
