Dear Korde Prakash Vamanrao,
Be informed that the procurement of your traveling document with
Reference no: INDL/040917/0075/46, has to commence
immediately without any delay because, your file has already reached my
office, and as the assigned consular who is assigned to guide you in
processing your traveling documents, I would not want anything that
will lead to delay or cancellation to occur.
Make a print out of the visa application/work permit form, fill
properly, scan
and send them back via email attachment along with the other relevant
documents
which will be listed below.
Any applicant that is applying for a 4 years work visa is
entitled to
pay an Immigration clearance fee of (595.00 CAD) Canadian dollars, which
is equivalent to (33,572.25 INR) only.
As soon as the process is completed, we shall contact your employer to
inform him
about that, also scan and send the necessary documents in other to
enhance the process
of registering your documents with the Canadian government in Canada.
The details will also enable them make a good documentation on the
enhancement of
booking your air ticket from there because they will have to choose a
date on which
their work team members will receive you at the airport on the date of
your arrival
in Canada.
The stated amount (33,572.25 INR) should be paid via IMPS, NEFT,
RTGS, ATM Payment or Net Banking, only after the submission of the
filled forms and other required documents.
You will receive the bank account details for the payment only if you
are eligible for the application/process. Your file will be endorsed,
signed and approved by the High Commissioner only when the payment is
received, immediately the process will commence without any delay.
Kindly note that any delay or failure in submission of any required
document may lead to the cancellation because the time remains limited.
Kindly note down the following details:-
(1) Kindly note that your traveling documents will be processed under
nonappearance because, the Canadian Embassy has made it clear and open
that the entire applicants who are applying for (work visa/work permit)
should report in our office on the day of their appointment for their
Visa stamping.
(2)The Process of your Four years work visa will take 21 to 28 working
days from the date on which your application fee is confirmed.
(3) Be informed that there will be no need for interview, because we
already know your purpose of traveling to Canada and you have
been found qualify 95% grantee for 4 years CANADA work visa endorsement.
(4) As soon as your visa processing is completed we will inform you to
come over to our office along with a hard copy of your international
passport for final Visa stamping.
(5) Kindly download the attached file to see the visa application/work
permit form, fill them as directed.
Important information; No charges will be paid hand to hand to any
officer, all charges has to be paid into “Any Account details that will
be provided by the assigned consular who is assigned to help you in your
Visa procurement” A payment receipt from the bank is needed for official
record, if you meet up with the requirement of the office your visa will
be issued at the right time without any delay.

All these information/documents will enable us to proceed without any
delay, also prove that you as an applicant is willing and ready process
your traveling documents and relocate to Canada.

within 24 hours of time from
