Work permit(ICT) extension within Canada

Hi Friends,

Did any one applied for work permit extension in first week of Jan and got it? Applied on 12 jan and still no update for me.

Can you please share what is the process of work permit extension within Canada? How long does it take on an average?

Process if same even if you applying outside canada. Create a CIC login, answers the checklist as per ur need. Once done site will recommend you the form and list of documents needed. Provided those details and submit your applications with the payment.

But make sure you provide all the required documents as per CIC guidelines for work permit ....

Guys , please update if any one applied during jan 12 and got it ? i am more worried as my IDP is associated with it and won't be able to drive after 12 Feb if i don't get extension before that to apply for IDP extension
