work permit from uae as truck driver

i submit my application on 21.06 2017
embassy ask me for procedural fairness on 15 nov
i sent document on 17 nov
till date i did not get any decision from embassy.

Meaning that you didn't declare a previous refusal in your work permit application?

If so, you should be getting close to hearing a decision. CIC will typically refuse an application under these circumstances. If you are refused, hopefully CIC won't make a misrepresentation finding as well (which would give you a 5 year ban from Canada).

If you are simply refused - then yes.

If you are refused and also get a misrepresentation ban - then no. You'll have to wait five years before you can apply for PR.

Sorry - I don't understand what you are saying.

You are required to declare all refusals in work permit applications. It doesn't matter if you were the main applicant or not.
