Work Permit form Inside Canada

Hey Everyone,

I have tried everywhere but didn't get any satisfactory response.

Well, I am an international student in Canada since Jan 2010. I have valid study permit (valid until 2013) and off campus work permit. It will take two more years to complete my studies. But fortunately I have been offered a JOB by a renoun company from canada itself. The job is in the same field of my studies and previous work experience (i.e. in Enviornmental Sci.). Company want to hire me full time as soon as possible, but for that I need an open work permit.

Can I apply for work permit at this point? (Please don't get confused with one which I can get after completing my studies).
If I apply for work pemit, in that case, will my study permit remain valid?
Can I hold study permit and work permit at the same time ?

Yes, but you would need an approved LMO from the company. No, you study permit will not be valid if you get a work permit., No you can't hold both.

Ohhhh saddddd,,,

It means either I can be a worker or Student, not both?? this is crazy.

If I apply for work permit, Do I need to surrender my study permit? or it will void automatically?????

When will it my study permit void??????? once my work permit approved or as soon as I will apply for work permit?

It would be voided as soon as the work permit is issued.
