hello all
as this Link

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/help-your-spouse-common-law-partner-work-canada.html

clearly was described if your wife has a Student Permit her husband can enter Canada with Work permit

1- if you have this kind of Visa are you equal to any one who enter with PR or Canadian citizenship for work?full time working , benefits and all others features which exists for working....

2-one of them(wife or husband) or more precisely person has a student visa can proceed and for one of the immigration program according to her study which lead to citizenship and
both of them get Citizenship after passing specific years?

in simple word i mean with this type (study visa for wife)and work permit for husband
can they stay in Canada after her study and get a citizenship ?

1)sure on a work permit you have the same worker rights as anyone else except your work permit determines how many months you are allowed to work so has an end date.

2)either of you could apply to become permanent residents if you qualify. You need to have been perm residents for at least 3 years in the 5 years before applying for citizenship or 2 years minimum if claiming any time before becoming PRs that would bring total to 3 years. All the time must be physical days in Canada.

If your wife has a study visa then once she graduates she could apply for a PGWP allowing her to work and as her spouse providing she has a skilled job you could also get a work permit. Most people see this as a necessary step to stay in the country to gain Canadian work experience to support their residency application.

You would need to assess which immigration program you qualify for and if an application were successful it would likely be 3/4 years from time you apply to become PRs before you could apply for citizenship . So add the 3/4 years to the study time years and any PGWP time years it would be a multi year plan to citizenship.

so many many thanks from your answer
just one thing is not clear for me please Let me i verify and ask

one of us can apply first for Permanent Resident (either me with my work experience or she(with her Graduation under PGWP ) and wait 3 years till we can apply for citizenship
that thing not clearly to me is ....certainly after her graduation : do exists any program which let us to stay and change this to PR and finally to citizenship ?
:p
my doubt is with this type of coming to Canada definitely cause getting 100% PR (perm resident )?

Just want to clarify that spouses of international students can apply for SOWP but it is not guaranteed. The way it is written is misleading to many people.

i don't have word to express my deep gratitude for your replying such a this perfectly
just for last Query
what Documents as a Canadian rule needed for issue SOWP for spouse ? further than Passport,Photo,Marriage Certificate

is it possible asked for spouse's Job or any things related to spouse career ? for example recommendation Letter, letter from employer
should spouse prove his job in NOC(0,A,B...)or No
or no they won't need that documents for issuing Work Permit
