You have no automatic right to apply for PR after 2 years in Canada. Only if those two years were spent working a skilled job. Like you said, you have nobody to sponsor you. I am not suggesting that you look for another boyfriend but if you find one, that would be one option.
The father can not stop you from going to France to visit your family but because he has shared custody, he can stop you from taking the child with you. You could still go and leave the child with the father for a week or your family can visit you.
