Work Permit for a Conventional Refugee

I got my refugee claim accepted by the IRB in Quebec, I applied for a PR and don't know when it will kick in.
I also applied for a work permit in Quebec, it should be ready next week or so. The question is: Can I work with this work permit any where in Canada? or do I have to find a job in Quebec? I already have a job offer waiting for me in Ontario!!

work permit is open to anyone working in canada.
you can work in any province.
