Work Permit Fees

Hi My case is under review by RAD (Refugee Appeal Division) meanwhile my work permit was expiring and I applied for a new one , but today I received a message that I haven't paid a fee of 155$ and it is refused. What I'm not sure about is when I first I applied I didn't paid a fee so is this an error or because my case was refused RPD and is now under review by RAD , does this change my status ? Any information will be appreciated

Ask your lawyer. i think it was because your claim was denied. so you no longer have the status and perks of being a "refugee claimant" anymore. you basically have visitor status right now and the RAD is what is helping stay in the country legally for the time being.

I had the same situation before! Because your claim was denied, you have to pay a fee for it. So, go ahead and pay!

I am in the same exact situation, except I haven't file the notice of appeal yet. Was your work permit accepted? How was your appeal? Any chances that we can get a positive decision in RAD?
