Work permit extention

I have an open work permit and a full-time job. I have been in the express entry pool for about a month now and from the looks of it, I do not think there will be a draw for CEC or FSW anytime soon.
My work permit expires on June 25th. Is there a way to get an extention without going the LMIA route?

I am in the same boat. My work permit still has about one year however I am still concerned. I applied for CEC in October 2021, and it is extremely sad to wait every two weeks and get disappointed all over again. And now, this 6 - month wait.
I just posted this thread (link below) to see if we can get some answers. Let me know if you get any new information as well.
