I received my work permit however because of my passport it is only valid for 6mths, I can extend using my same LMIA. Also my son will turn 18 in November can I apply for a work permit for him also or a student visa?
Your son doesn't qualify for a work visa. If he would like to attend college or university he will have to gain admission and then he can apply for a student permit. He would have to pay international fees.
