Work permit extension under the new polciy

Hello does anyone know the processing time for the work permit under the new p?

Is it faster than the regular PGWP?
Can i get one in under a month?

I don't think anyone knows at this point.

If it follows the processing times for general work permits applied for from within Canada, then it will take around three months.

But again, impossible to say at this point.

I believe this new policy is quite straightforward, not as complex as the regular ones
With that being said, IRCC wouldn’t require much additional documents, so just praying that if I can get one in a month or so.
