Work permit extension option disappeared from my IRCC account

Hello, Help.... Need to extend my wp but the option to extend work permit or change my stay has disappeared a while ago for me and my two friends. The available options are:
1. Apply to come to Canada,
2. Refugees: apply for temporary health care benefits,
3. Students: Transfer Schools
4, Citizenship: apply for a search

If I used option 1, I get "you are not eligible to apply" even after answering YES for having a letter from employer.

Does anyone encounter this problem? If so, how do you get it fixed or apply to extend your WP?

Right but what work permit are you on? Closed? SOWP? PGWP? IEC?

Just a plain and simple WORK PERMIT that I was successful to extend 2 years ago. Now the option has disappeared so I cannot extend online.

Assume you have a new LMIA with same or new employer unless it is LMIA exempt. And assume your work permit is not expired. If you have new LMIA with job offer letter then it should say your are eligible.

So employer has paid the compliance fee for new number. Contact IRCC.
