Work Permit Extension (Oct, Nov or Dec, 2015) online or paper base applicants

I called CIC again today. This time they said that my work permit was mailed out to me on January 17 and if I haven't received it then it's lost. But in order to consider it lost and make a new one we have to wait for 6 weeks from the date they mailed it the first time. Then I asked "why is my case still open and says the decision is not made if you're saying that it has been mailed out to me". That confused the agent and he went somewhere to check it again. When he came back he said that the info he gave me was wrong. My work permit has not been mailed out to me. It has been transferred to where they print it but for SOME REASON it has not been printed. Even though it should've been printed by now. He said I should wait as the note on my application has been sent by one of the agents. He said if I don't receive it by March 7, then call them again. On March 4 it will have been 6 MONTHS since I applied.

just an update for anybody else in the same time slot, you can probably expect to receive yours any time:

WP Extension, LMIA exempt, Same Employer
submitted Oct. 5 (online)
approved, closed Feb 19
now waiting for official document to be delivered via mail

seems like they are processing October packages now as well, even if they say on official page they are processing September ones. Don't lose hope

now waiting for official document to be delivered via mail

Hello, I just received email from CIC stating that my application was updated. So immediately logged into my account and I see that it says Approved. When I clicked on "check status and messages" and then it shows that decision hasn't been made yet. And ideas? Is it a positive answer?

I'm a it freaking out because it is my PGWP extension, my current one expired few weeks ago, before that I was trying to flag pole, however it was unsuccessful.

Check tomorrow night. Mine did that too... took about 24 hrs for all to be updated.

Finally.
Work permit extension, same employer, applied online on September 4. Approved on February 23. Received a hadr copy on February 29. They gave me an extension for 1 month. Wow.
