I feel that your case is different.

Your Eligibility turned into review which means they opened your file and did not like something. They always approve WP on the same day when they open the file.

My girlfriend applied June 13 and Eligibility did not turn into reviewing yet.

My spouse submitted SOWP extension on May 18th. There are no updates yet while the processing time is 103 days and they are currently working on applications received on May 27, 2019.

I did submit the webform. They said they have forwarded to the responsible office. But still, I don't receive any updates.

No actually my file is delayed only coz they randomly send some files to edmenton else looks file they didn't ask for any documents I'm waiting for mp's inquiries then exactly we can know what's happening

As far as I know all the WP extension are processed in Edmonton.

My one mp says IRCC asking us to follow up our request after 10 days (on next Monday)
Other mp says we sent mails for clarification to IRCC and give us 10,12 days, I will approach next Monday both
