Work Permit Extension Help- PSWP expiring soon

Hi

Need some help my Post Study Work Permit is expiring soon. My BC PNP file is under process since Jan 2015.

I want to apply for Work Permit extension so that i have an implied status till i wait for my BC PNP .

Want help as to how can i apply for extension. My employer doesnt have and LMIA.

I am just gone do it to buy time . But need help as to what documents i need to apply .

Will i need anything from my current employer

Please help as i soon need to apply for extension

Did you get AOR letter from CIC for your PNP? If so than you might be eligible for BOWP
You may complete a questionare to see if you eligible to apply.

If you don't have AOR letter and lmia is not an option, than you should consider extending you stay as a visitor. In this case you will need to stop working and make sure you have enough funds to support yourself. Another option is returning to your homecountry and waiting for decision on your pnp application at your home.
