Mine was going to expire middle of july. But I applied April 22nd. It’s up to you. U can apply even a month before I believe. Because when you submit your application they send a letter which says you can keep working until decision.

I received my original work permit today. Its my first time extension as a convention refugee.
My SIN number is expiring same date as my first work permit. Do I need to go to the service Canada with my new open wp to get new number or extend my current SIN? Thank you.
