I completed a 1-year study and I got 1-year PGWP. I'm currently working in NOC A job and will be completing one year of work experience by coming November. My PGWP expires on 10th Dec 2020. I initially thought of applying for PR through the Canadian Experience Class after completing 1-year of work experience. I'm wondering what I can do if my CRS score is not adequate for invitation even after adding my work experience. I also won't get job offer points of 50 for my CRS since my job offer is for PGWP and I'm exempt to have one. Kindly give your thoughts.

PGWP can't be extended and you can't just simply submit an application all by itself for another open work permit

Your could either
1. Have your employer obtain an approved LMIA and apply for a closed work permit
2. Apply for a spouse work permit if you have a spouse working or studying in Canada

What is your language test result like? Do you've relative in Canada? If you think, you can afford additional relevant education in your filed, then go for it or look for other provincial and new pilot program.

L 8 R8 W6 S7 I don't have relatives in Canada. Currently, without job offer points, I'm in 404. After 1-year of work exp will be getting 482 and this is without a job offer points since I don't have LMIA.

Have you talk to your employer about possible LMIA? I will say put your hand cross and follow the CRS score trend for ITA. Finally, if possible learn second-official language and subsequently take the test. Best of luck

I haven't talked to my employer for LMIA. How easy is to get one? and how long it takes?
You've to use style to ask someone in the personnel department. Some employer don't want to do it. The requirement from the employer by the government is burdensome and taxing. Very costly!

I saw for PGWP, the LMIA exemption code is C43. Whether this code is of any help for the employer?
Actually, you don't need an LMIA to work with PGWP, that's what the code mean. However, to get CRS point under arranged employment, your employer will need to get you an LMIA.
