Also I have called to CIC and ask the officer about my restrictions. He told me that if you have Alberta nominee certificate so you dont have any restrictions. You can apply for BOWP

I have sent my online application for BOWP with out AOR. I thouth that when they check my document I got AOR and i send it later. But l didnt get AOR and I have got refused about BOWP. I have got refusal letter and there is written 4 paragraphs on it. Two of them were ok for me but 3nd was about AOR and 4th was about restriction. I was worry about 4th and send to AINP email to give me letter that I dont have any restriction. In 30 minutes the officer call me and told that I sholdnt worry. I dont need the letter and l dont have any restrictions. They told me that I should wait for AOR and send my aplication again

it's not very clear to me. People have replied me that with AOR # their BOWP application has refused. DO NOT know what to do!

Just talked to the agent and she said to send a request to the AINP office with all the details and they should help me to fix it.
Also this is the issue for people with nominee cert issued before Sept 2014, because officers in CIC donn't know about the changes((

I am still waiting for my BOWP. I applied on Jan 16th, so it's almost 2 months, they really slowed down the process.
