Next time you call them ask them doc id nmber, date of issue, date of expiry and place of issue, so that you can use the cic form imm5009 to request for the replacement of docs,.
Yeah I applied online.. hopefully they don't delay.. I again called them yesterday. They said it takes at least 2 weeks for it. If I don't get the mail in 2 weeks then again I have to call them.roman_emperor08 said:did you applied online?
