My work permit is expiring in Feb 2024. My CRS score is 460. What do you suggest? Does everyone gets a work permit extension, if he/she is employed full-time?

If PGWP, you are not eligible for an extension. You need a LMIA to apply for closed work permit. Are you eligible for PNPs because CRS score may not be enough.

Ohh okay. I did 2 years study and have one year of work experience in Ontario. I am not sure if I am eligible for PNPs.

you need to research based on your CRS score and NOC. OINP has 9 streams.

We can't tell you that. You need to determine if you qualify.

Does your employer meet the requirements? Are they willing to complete the employer form? Have you spoken to them about that? Not all employers are willing to go through this process.
