Work permit expiring in 4 months. I applied for PR through PNP but have not received ITA yet. What are my options to stay in Canada?

I did my master's in Supply Chain Management (1-year program) and finished it last year. My work permit expires in June 2024. I applied for PR 2 months ago through PNP Ontario (OINP) and have 44 points. However, I have not yet received my ITA and only have approximately 2 more chances (since draws happen every 2 months). I am already working and do not want to lose my job and return to India. What are my options to stay in Canada? Is there a way I can extend my work permit?

Need help urgently!! Really appreciate any suggestions.

Where did you do your Masters? When did you graduate? What is CRS score as it should be high with a Masters? Nothing you can do unless employer files for LMIA proving no one Canadian/PR can do the job. You can then apply for a closed work permit. Or learn French.

Did masters from York University and graduated in May 2023. CRS score is 511 but don't have 1 year work experience yet. 1 year will be completed 4 days before my work permit expires. Are there any options in this case? Not sure if PNP points would reduce.

For PNP, you need nomination and then apply for PR and get AOR before eligible for a bridging open work permit. Read requirements for BOWP and the difference scenarios for PNP and EE.
